Hi All!

My name is Alexander Kulik, and I’d like to help everyone using Xactly through sharing my own personal experience and knowledge about the tool. Within the past 5 years I have completed partial as well as full Xactly implementations in multiple companies, while also processing through the system for payroll as a Commissions Analyst. I am hopeful this site can answer some of the common questions and provide additional insight into various ways of solving commission related challenges in Xactly. Please feel free to leave comments, ask questions and follow this blog to keep current with new content.

Alexander, nice summary info. Have you seen anyone share salesforce queries (SOQL) to access the Xactly data? I’m want to create a custom commission statement, but the backend schema is pretty complex, plus SOQL is slightly different from SQL, so it’s not easy to figure out the right criteria to get CURRENT holds and earned info. I do not see a user group of shared info around, so thought I’d ping you!

    • Hi Chris, thank you for visiting the page! Unfortunately I’m not familiar with salesforce queries. I would recommend reaching out to Xactly support, they might be able to point you in the right direction.
